ATLANTA, GA— The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra released an updated list of cancelled, postpones and rescheduled concerts and events on Tursday evening, impacting the presentation schedules of both the Orchestra and the Symphony Hall LIVE series. In the e-mailed release, the ASO stated plainly its rationale for the extended adjustments:
This decision is being made out of an abundance of caution for the ASO patrons, staff and musicians in light of the guidance of the CDC regarding “social distancing” and the elimination of large gatherings.
The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra will provide additional updates as they become available and appreciate the outpouring of support from the Atlanta community as we navigate this unchartered territory.
