Number 10 in a series of audio and video presentations curated by EarRelevant’s publisher and principal writer Mark Gresham as part of his “Composer’s Notebook.” The series is currently focused on bringing you performances by notable musicians and events with strong musical connections to Atlanta.
For this episode, we turn to Riverside Chamber Players, an ensemble that makes its home in Roswell, Georgia, 22 miles directly north of the Woodruff Arts Center in Midtown Atlanta, where the four musicians in this video (violinists Justin Bruns and Kenn Wagner, violist Jessica Oudin and cellist Joel Dallow, Riverside’s artistic director) all perform as members of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. the ASO presented the premiere of the following video by RCP video on its “ASO Virtual Stage.”

Due to Covid19 – concerts for next season are on hold until further notice. The group’s website states: “with the safety of our patrons and musicians our top priority, we will schedule live concerts once we are confident we can perform them in a safe manner.” In the meantime, the group plans to post digital content from their past performances beginning this fall.
