This week’s Earpiece features a concert by the Georgian Chamber Players, performed on March 7, 2022 at First Persbyterian Church of Atlanta.
In this video of a live concert, Georgian Chamber Players present Haydn’s Gypsy Trio, Smetana’s Moldau, and Brahms’ Piano Quintet. The Georgian Chamber Players was formed by principal players of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra in 1984 in order to perform masterpieces of the chamber repertoire with their Atlanta Symphony Orchestra colleagues and world-renowned guest instrumentalists.
The performerds for this March 2022 concert are violinists David Coucheron and Jessica Wu, violins, violist Zhenwei Shi, cellist Rainer Eudeikis, and pianists Julie Coucheron and Elizabeth Pridgen. ■
